ProtonMail: Encrypted Email

ProtonMail is a new encrypted email service that claims to be completely free of snooping by the NSA or any other nefarious intelligence agency, corporate entity, or anybody at all. Is it legit? Who can say for sure, but maybe it’s worth a try. I signed up a couple of months ago and just recently was cleared to set up an account. Look into it and maybe give it a shot, if you like. Click the image to go to the site where you can sign up for the waiting list to receive a super-duper, possibly completely secure, encrypted email account.

Seems like a great idea indeed. I might wait to see how it works out though, as I have read about other crowd-funding ventures that crashed after set-up.
    Thanks for the tip. Pete.
